How Can I Do the Program with My Busy Life?
No matter how busy you are or how hectic your life is, you can do this program. It is designed so anyone can do it. There are daily lessons, which are divided into three levels. You choose the level at which to participate.
Level One: “Commitment to Change” Includes doing the Level One exercises usually takes 15-30 minutes a day.
Level Two: “Going for It” Includes doing both Level One and Level Two exercises and will usually take 30 -60 minutes a day.
Level Three: “Playing Full Out” Includes doing the Level One, Level Two, and Level Three exercises, and it takes as long as it takes.
Be Gentle with Yourself When You Do This Program
Most of us, when we were growing up were taught to judge ourselves harshly if we didn’t do things perfectly. You don’t have to be perfect for this program to work miracles in your life. It works in spite of feeling you didn’t do it right.
Keeping a Journal

WEEK ONE ~ AIR WEEK ~ Clearing Your Mental Body. Clearing Mental Blockages to Excellent Health In the first seven days of the program, you'll focus on clearing mental blockages and barriers that hinder your well-being. You'll also conduct a health assessment and an inner and outer clutter clearing. If you choose only one thing to do for your health, it should be to learn to breathe deeply and fully. During this week, simply focus on your breath. Fill your lungs as much as possible and then exhale as if you're releasing air from a balloon. Throughout this week focus your awareness and attention on the air that surrounds you. The Air element is also associated with inspiration, literally to inspire. This can take the form of what you read, what you think about, and even what you listen to.

WEEK TWO ~ WATER WEEK ~ Clearing Your Emotional Body Water is a great metaphor for emotions and the many transformations possible; from ice to mist or raging river to clear mountain stream, this is the week we cleanse and rejuvenate our soul. It's a myth that good people don't have negative emotions. However, emotions are truly negative if you suppress them or dump them on someone else. Carrying around excess baggage (unprocessed emotions) doesn't promote excellent health. During this week, drink plenty of water. Many health problems can be reduced or even eliminated if the body has enough fluid to cleanse and purify itself. Pay attention to the water that is all around you. As much as possible, share the emotions you experience this week with others, as it can have a powerful impact on your health.

Usually the greatest blockage is fear, and this is the week when you'll be confronting this emotion. The fastest way to transform your body is through action, but it's easy to hesitate to make changes because of fear—fear of discomfort, of failure, of the unknown, and even of success. Fire Week is the time to look at your fears and take action to overcome them. This week deepens your awareness of the light that's around and within you. Pay attention to the different types of lighting. Fire represents change and transformation, so this is the time to take risks and try relating to your body in different ways.

When you are outside, for instance, pay attention to the ground beneath you. Even if you're walking on a sidewalk, take a moment to connect with the soil beneath the concrete. Be aware of the foods you eat that grow from the earth, especially root vegetables. Focus upon the intimate connection that your body has to Mother Earth and the fact that when you leave your physical self, it will again return to the earth.

You will learn about commitments to self, your values & beliefs and begin to explore your soul mission in life!
We look at clutter and how it affects our life and our energy and then start doing something about it either in baby steps or giant leaps, whatever you are ready for!

It's just like looking at a map and deciding to go in another direction to an even better place but to get there we might have to pull out the magnifying glass to look at the fine print or even go back to previous maps that may have been created for us!
Travelling without the right partners might take away from the journey so we lovingly take a look at your relationships, your patterns and how you relate to the world and your Creator. You will learn how to slow down, watch for signs, release victim like thinking so you can choose your best life and go for it!
